After placing an advertisement (and spending £125 plus VAT in the process!) in the local press to rent my flat out, I had no success in letting out the property. Out of the blue I received a text from Jill at U-Place.com offering their services to manage the letting of my property. I had been quite sceptical in the past of using an agency to manage my rental but I thought nothing ventured, nothing gained. I made a call to them and I met with Jill at my property. What an absolute Godsend they turned out to be. Jill was extremely friendly and really put me at ease. She took loads of photos and her enthusiasm for my property made me think that I was in very good hands! Within 24 hours of Ur-Place.com visiting my property, it was on their website and, in turn, on Rightmove and within one week the team at Ur-Place.com had my property rented out and they took all of the hassle with it! I have dealt with Gemma for the administration purposes and Chris for the viewings and it is lovely to have dealt with a professional but very friendly company - the personal touch is excellent. From helping me sort out the necessary documents to managing the viewings, the process has been easy and hassle free - exactly what you need when you've got loads going on with other things! I cannot recommend Ur-Place.com highly enough and when (and if) the property goes back on the market, I will not hesitate to use them again.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the speed in finding us a client when we joined your agency. In 2008 we had our apartment in the hands of another agent in Tameside. It was left empty for 6 months. Having this apartment empty for 6 months resulted in a loss of £3000 revenues to us. We were due to go back to Spain where we spend most of our time now, within the 4 days, for six months period.
